Healthy Economical Oatmeal

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (or 80% rolled, 20% Steel Cut)

1 C Water

Healthy Quinoa Salad

1 Cup Quinoa

2 C Water

Pinch Salt

1/4 C Fresh Herbs of Choice (add after cooking)
