Thai Peanut Salad Dressing

Vegan Peanutbutter Cookies

We use organic ingredients, but use what works for your budget

1 1/2 C Coconut Flour 1 1/4 C Brown Sugar 1 C Peanut Butter

1/4 C Apple Sauce

1 Cup Cane Sugar

1/2 C Earth Balance - use butter for non vegan 3/4t Baking Soda

3/4t Sea Salt

Healthy Economical Oatmeal

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (or 80% rolled, 20% Steel Cut)

1 C Water

Bring water to a boil, add oatmeal and reduce temperature to medium low. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until water dissolves and oats become tender.

Add Healthy Toppings to your liking:

Apple Banana

Blueberries, pears or apples

Low sugar granola

Greek Yogurt
