Aloha Friends,
I am working with a teen client who suffers from poor diet, inadequate water intake and a host of other problems leading to chronic fatigue. We're working to improve her to decrease the acidity of her food choices, raise her blood and urine pH.
She hates most vegetables and is your typical junk food junky, other than eating fruits (high sugar) and three regular meals a day. She's able to take concentrated green capsules, but doesn't like ionized higher alkaline water.

Our first Kokua farm tour in Waianae was a great success thanks to the aloha of our participants and especially the farmers that we visited. The day started early with 25 of us meeting at the parking lot of Kokua then carpooling out to Waianae, where our tour eventually hit over 30 participants.
